Grants every permission, including ones added to Discord in the future, and ignores every channel-level deny a server owner sets. There is no way for a server to restrict a bot that holds it.

If the bot's token leaks

In servers that require two-factor authentication for moderation, this permission only works if the bot owner's account (or the team owner) has 2FA enabled.
